OCEAN CITY — If you’re motoring around in the vicinity of Ninth Street over the next two weeks, expect delays.

At a March 22 City Council meeting, city business administrator Mike Dattilo warned that motorists should expect “quite a few disruptions in the traffic pattern” along Ninth Street as construction crews paint crosswalks and complete other tasks related to the bridge project.

Beginning on Monday, March 26 and lasting through the following week, with the exception of Good Friday, Dattilo said the area would be impacted.

“There will be a full closure of Route 52 on Monday, March 26 from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., as well,” he said.

Dattilo said there will be full access to all of the businesses along Ninth Street during the construction process.
