ATLANTIC CITY – Resort city police arrested two brothers Thursday, Sept. 27 and charged them with the June death of a Hamilton Township man, acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain said.
Hasan Bruce, 19, and his brother, Jamal Bruce, 21, were apprehended without incident at their residence on the 600 block of North Indiana Avenue by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department.

They were charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses in connection with the murder of Zachary Taylor, 19, of Mimosa Drive in Hamilton Township.
On June 18, Taylor was discovered lying on the ground and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the 2000 block of McKinley Avenue in Atlantic City. He died after he was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus.
The Bruce brothers were lodged in the Gerard L. Gormley Justice Facility in Hamilton Township on $1 million bail each.
