Riding center for sale

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – The property that houses the nonprofit charity, Atlantic Riding Center for Health, or ARCH, is up for sale for $410,000.
ARCH, located on Asbury Road, was founded in 1988 to offer therapeutic horseback riding for disabled individuals. It was previously called Atlantic Riding Center for the Handicapped until 2010.
Listing broker Keller Williams describes the property as a "First Class Riding facility with fully lighted indoor training facility – 12+ stalls, indoor wash facilities, feed room, huge tack room, multiple paddocks, and outdoor training ring. Full office, waiting room and training room."
The property is valued at $385,500 by the township for taxation purposes, and it carries annual taxes of $15,800. According to the township tax office, the account is up-to-date.
