Scout celebrates anniversary

Scout Clothing and Decor at 5301 Atlantic Ave. in Ventnor celebrated its first anniversary with a pumpkin county fair theme. Owner Hanna Sinderbrand served hot apple cider and cookies and thanked customers for supporting the store during its first year.
