  Internet Explorer 6.0 ---- FTP Instructions for PCs
   
    For PCs using Internet Explorer 6.0 or below, click on the below FTP address and go directly to our public FTP site.
No client program is needed. Login and enter below User name & Password and drag files from your PC to Our Public FTP.
Be sure to contact your Sales Representative that you are using our Public FTP.

 To speed your advertising delivery on big files please ask our Sales Representative for an FTP account. This way our Production Department can get your ad in less than 10 minutes, (an FTP Program may required for this process).

  Internet Explorer 7.0 ---- FTP Instructions for PCs
     
    Internet Explorer 7.0  does not support FTP directly. See the three options below.
 
 
  1) Use Windows Explorer (Not Internet Explorer 7.0) Go to "start/All Programs/Accessories/Windows Explorer.
a) Copy & past or type the FTP Address ftp://adtransfer@67.59.142.121 into the address bar.
b) Press Enter
c) Click "File"
d) Click "Login as..."
e) Type Username: adtransfer
f)  Type Password: Enter1234
g)  Check "Save password"
h)  Press the "Log On" Button
I)  You are in! Drag files or copy & past from your PC to our Public FTP.
Be sure to contact your Sales Representative that you are using our Public FTP.
 
  2) Use "My Network Places" then "Add a network place" and then start the "Wizard" Use the same User name & Password.
     
  3) Use a Client FTP program

Use the same User ID & Password.

  MAC ---- FTP Instructions
    MAC Operating Systems have to use an FTP client
    Download "Fetch" at:  http://fetchsoftworks.com/
   
    FTP hostname: ftp.67.59.142.121
    User ID: adtransfer
Password: Enter1234

  PDF File Guidelines: Acrobat PDF Compatible 6.0 Version or higher
   
  • No OPI comments allowed on PDF (Images may drop out with OPI comments)
  • All fonts and images must be embedded. No Multiple Master (MM) fonts of any kind.
  • All images must be 200 DPI Color images should be in CMYK format. No RGB. No Index Color.
  • No ICC Profiles
  • Supply your Pantone PMS spot color numbers.
  • PDFs must be single page documents (No separated plates, please)
  • Do NOT use PDFWriter
  • Open and preview the ad for font, image, setup and color accuracy. Use of preflighting software such as Enfocus Pitstop is highly recommended.
