Jay Thompson and John Rothman of Linwood went sailing in
Jamaica with James and Jaclyn Thompson, Tracy Kuddar, Ryan
Rothman and Brandon Savitch, all of Linwood; and Kyle
Chieffo of Little Egg Harbor. The other parents were
relaxing by the beach. The families stayed four nights/five
days.
Erich Florentine recently traveled to
Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica, donning both his Cape May
T-shirt and the Gazette. He and his wife are residents of
Petersburg for the past five years.
A sunny Jamaican vacation
This group traveled to Falmouth, Jamaica to Starfish
Trelawny Resort and Spa and had a wonderful vacation.
Enjoying the respite are Donna Dwyer-Williams and daughter
Tiffany Williams of Egg Harbor Township, along with sister
Chris Nicolosi and her daughter Nicole and son Tony of Mount
Laurel, and Debra Flammer and her son George Jr. and
daughter Alene of Somers Point.
No worries in Jamaica
Sharon, Howard, Brooke and Matthew LeWinter of Ventnor
enjoyed a family vacation at the Riu Ocho Rios Resort in
Jamaica, where life was “irie, mon” – happy, peaceful and
content. They enjoyed the sun, beach, pool, lots of drinks
and much more.
Nancy, Cain, Joe and Luke, the Rullo family of North
Wildwood, on their recent trip to Negril, Jamaica B.W.I.
with The Wildwood Leader. The family stayed at the Beaches
resort on the islands west end. Everyone enjoyed beautiful
sunsets on the beach, Hobie cat sailing, snorkeling, shell
hunting and the new friends met. Luke and Cain students at
Margaret Mace, especially enjoyed the buffet and the
unlimited X-Box room.
Stephanie Savage and her daughter Kayla
took The Wildwood Leader along with them while visiting
Montego Bay, Jamaica. The mother and daughter spent their
summer vacation at the Iberostar Hotel and Resort in July
fir six days. When they weren’t shopping, or checking out
the scenes, they managed to relax and keep up with the
happenings of the Wildwoods. Kayla is a student at Glenwood
Elementary School in Wildwood, and her mother is employed at
Cape Regional Medical Center.
The gang’s all here in Jamaica
Last November a large group spent
Thanksgiving break soaking up the sun in Jamaica. The
families enjoyed everything from horseback riding to
zip-lining through the jungle. Here’s the whole gang with
The Current and the local Jamaican paper. The traveling
families are the Lacovaras, Dochertys, Friedmans, Quirks,
Santoros and Guintas, all of Egg Harbor Township.

Soaking up the sun and surf
The Dannehower and Caiazza families of
Somers Point spent a fun-filled Easter vacation in Negril, Jamaica at the Club
Riu Resort, where they enjoyed snorkeling, parasailing, beach and pool
activities. They went sightseeing in and around Negril and the beautiful
seven-mile beach, and even jumped off the cliffs at Rick's Café. Pictured from

Jamaican me very happy
Michael and Michelle Ray of Egg Harbor Township honeymooned
in Westmoreland, Jamaica at Sandals Whitehouse. They are
pictured here with their concierge, Rowe.
The Gazette traveled with George and Donna
Booskos of Ocean City to Sandals Montego Bay Jamaica where
the couple escaped to celebrate their third wedding
anniversary. They enjoyed eight days of Caribbean cuisine,
white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.
Playing in paradise
The Anderson family of
Pomona enjoyed paradise at the Beaches Negril resort in
Jamaica with The Current in July. Octavia, Abdullah, Amira
and Abdullah Jr. had a good time water skiing, scuba diving,
kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing and being lazy in the pool.
Abdullah even got a thrill jumping from the highest cliff
into the Caribbean Sea at Rick's Cafe, a world-famous
attraction in Negril.
Vacation castaways
Tossed ashore the white sandy beaches of Montego Bay,
Jamaica in March, the Jenkins and Mastro families of Absecon
enjoyed the sun and surf vacationing at the Sunset Beach

Seasoned cruisers
Joe and Stefanie Kuehner of Egg Harbor City took the
Freedom of the Seas, the largest cruise ship in the world, Nov.
12-19. They traveled to the western Caribbean – visiting Cozumel,
Mexico; Montego Bay, Jamaica; the Grand Caymans; and Labadee, Haiti,
Royal Caribbean's private island. The two said they enjoy taking
cruises and like to go on the newer, bigger ships when possible.

Jamaica in June. They enjoyed the sun, beach, food, drinks,
nightlife … and most of all the romance!

inaugural cruise of Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas.

parents to Breezes Resort, in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They climbed the
popular Dunns River Falls, learned about Jamaican culture and spent
a week doing fun activities.
